For many people, starting medications like Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro leads to noticeable weight loss in the first few months. Clothes fit differently. Appetite changes. Progress feels encouraging. But then something shifts. The weight loss slows down — or stops altogether. This can feel frustrating, confusing, and sometimes worrying. You might start wondering: “Has it stopped working?” “Am I doing something wrong?” In most cases, this is not a failure.
