About Health Renewed
Midlife Is Not a Crisis - It’s a Turning Point.
Health Renewed was created to support thoughtful people and professionals navigating the physical and psychological shifts of midlife — without hype, extremes or unrealistic reinvention narratives.
Why This Work Matters
Have you noticed that there comes a point — often somewhere in your 40s, 50s or early 60s — when things subtly change.
Energy fluctuates.
Health markers shift.
Recovery slows.
Career questions surface.
You may appear stable externally — but internally something feels different.
I believe this stage deserves intelligent attention, not denial or panic.
Health Renewed exists to provide structured, grounded support during this transition.

My Background & Approach
|
I work with midlife professionals who value:
My approach combines:
I am not a fitness influencer - I am not a motivational speaker - I work as a thinking partner Helping you assess risk, build strength, and reposition wisely. |
Why I Focus on Midlife
Midlife is often misunderstood - It is not simply about getting older.
It is about:
Many people wait too long to address these shifts.
My work centres on intervening intelligently — before drift becomes decline.
- Protecting cardiovascular health
- Preserving muscle mass
- Managing metabolic change
- Reassessing career direction
- Reducing long-term risk
- Aligning energy with responsibility

A Straightforward Philosophy
I believe:
Above all, I believe midlife deserves respect — not ridicule or denial.
- Strength is more important than appearance
- Consistency beats intensity
- Stability matters as much as ambition
- Change should be strategic, not reactive
- Medication can assist — but habits sustain
- The second half of life can be stronger than the first
Above all, I believe midlife deserves respect — not ridicule or denial.

|
I am a fully qualified professional coach with extensive experience in behavioural change and midlife transition work.
I was previously awarded Fellowship status by the Association for Coaching in recognition of professional standards and contribution to the field. My early training included Exercise on Prescription through NHS-linked programmes, grounding my health work in evidence-based practice rather than fitness trends. I am also trained in hypnotherapy and behavioural psychology, and a published author in the field of personal development. I am currently completing the E.M.P.O.W.E.R methodology — a structured coaching framework for sustainable change — scheduled for publication in 2026. |
