My coaching style is calm, reflective and practical.

I do not believe midlife change happens through pressure or motivational slogans.
Instead we focus on:

•     honest reflection
•     clear thinking
•     structured conversation
•     realistic action
•     sustainable change


This is a space to slow down and think properly.

To step back from the noise.


To make thoughtful decisions about how you want to live.

 Coaching or Counselling?​

Coaching is practical and forward-focused.

It works best for people who are psychologically stable but want clarity, direction and better habits.

If someone is dealing with deeper emotional difficulty such as:
•     anxiety
•     unresolved grief
•     relationship trauma
•     severe depression

then counselling may be more appropriate.

Where deeper emotional support is needed, Joanne Vogel Counselling may be helpful.


How Do Coaching Sessions Work?

Sessions take place online.

This makes them flexible, private and easy to schedule.

A typical session lasts around 60 minutes.

Sessions are conversational but structured.

The aim is always to move from reflection toward practical next steps.
