We offer an intensive 2 month course to start your journey to weight loss and better health.
We believe that to start making a difference it can help to commit to a program and by making that commitment you will be better placed to work toward your goal. But firstly, why do you want to lose weight? Is it for health reasons or to feel better in your clothes and give you more confidence? Either of those are good reasons to start your weight loss journey. |
BUT....... How do you keep committed to it? Have you sabotaged yourself in the past?
Lets be honest with ourselves, it is hard and not easy to sustain, it isn't easy but vital to keep in mind the reason behind this.

After a while it is easy to lose sight of the reasons and make less effort, a small cheat here and there, and before you know it you are back to where you were before.

The weight loss plan
A two month weekly course to kick start your weight-loss and health plan
- Week 1 - Initial introduction and discovery session, a crucial start
- Week 2 - A Psychotherapy session and finding out what works for you
- Week 3 - Psychotherapy or Clinical Hypnotherapy depending on your needs
- Week 4 - Clinical Hypnotherapy or Health Coaching session
- Week 5 - Clinical Hypnotherapy or Health Coaching session
- Week 6 - Clinical Hypnotherapy or Health Coaching session
- Week 7 - A full review of how progress is going and an analysis of where to go next including a treatment
- Week 8 - A final session and a review as well as a final treatment
But that is not all: You will also receive a short phone call every week in between sessions to keep you on-track. Checking if you need further support or just someone to chat to about your progress. We are as determined as you are to ensure you succeed!
Thereafter, you can choose to have a weekly session to keep you motivated as you continue on your journey to a healthier you. These sessions could be Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy or Health Coaching whatever is best for your needs. All at £70 per session.
