We have a special interest here at Health Renewed having run successful weight management and weight loss for both individuals and groups going back over 20 years.
That is why we have developed a unique weight-loss system.

Dieting alone does not work!
The reason weight loss and diets fail is because they fail to take into account that weight gain is a process that is usually exacerbated by habits that are too easy to fall into.
To make real long term weight loss an achievable goal for you as an individual you have to first find out why this weight gain is happening to you! Now it is recognised by psychiatrists that long term habits can take between two months to a year to form. This is where we come in, we have a long term program to finally get rid of these unhelpful habits and stop the weight from coming back on. Now we are not talking about you being obsessed by weight loss whether it be for a holiday or for health. Our program is for real people wishing to make a long term change.
We are not going to ask you to run a marathon or enter into some ridiculous short term weight loss program but rather a long term healthy lifestyle that you can sustain. |
So how does our weight loss management course differ?
We have devised a unique four step program that if followed is almost guaranteed to work
Step 1. An initial consultation to begin to discover the reasons you have come to us:
This is the start of your weight loss journey with us.
We will be completely focussed on you as an individual and work out a bespoke program just for you, to find out what you want to achieve.
Step 2. You will then have one or two therapy sessions together with Jo our Psychotherapist
Here we will work together with you to discover why you do what you do? Understanding in depth why we do what we do is an amazing and liberating process. It's usually a 'light bulb' moment for people. Understanding a problem is the first step to solving the problem.
Is it boredom, unconscious eating, fed up? Whatever the issue together we work on a solution to suit you and your lifestyle.
Step 3. The next step is hypnotherapy.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is not what people usually think about when we think about weight loss. Talking to the subconscious mind can help you on the way to becoming more determined and tenacious about your approach to weight loss. You will do this! This is again totally tailored to your individual needs, we do not use the same solutions on everyone.
Step 4. Health Coaching and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming)
This is to set targets and challenge yourself. Is this easy?..... NO, but with our help you will succeed. The great thing about our program is that we are working on habits. Once you have changed your habits you will have 'nailed' this. Coaching helps keep you on track, this is not just a once a week meet up or Zoom meeting, we will be in contact on your journey to keep you on track and you can always contact us in between if you are struggling.
